Government Services Should Work for Everyone.
Quantum GovOS is designed around inclusive digital-service principles so people can access information and services across different abilities, devices, languages and contexts.
Accessibility Is a Design Requirement, Not an Add-On.
OIIQ.NET aims to make the public Quantum GovOS website and product experience usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
For the public website, our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and a stated target should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every page or third-party component is fully conformant at all times.
Design for Different People, Devices and Ways of Interacting.
Use readable contrast, text alternatives and content structures that support multiple ways of perceiving information.
Support keyboard interaction, visible focus and controls that do not depend on precise pointer use.
Use clear language, predictable navigation, meaningful labels and helpful error messages.
Use semantic structures and compatible patterns that work with modern browsers and assistive technologies.
Support mobile, tablet, desktop, zoom and reflow without forcing one device or screen size.
Treat accessibility, language, readability and human-centered service design as cross-cutting requirements.
Practical Accessibility Across the Quantum GovOS Experience.
Interactive Features Should Remain Understandable and Controllable.
Ask Quantum demonstrations and other interactive experiences should be designed so that important information is available as text, controls can be operated without a mouse where practical, and motion or auto-play does not become a barrier.
- Provide pause or stop controls for auto-running demonstrations where appropriate.
- Use stable layouts so changing content does not create unnecessary page movement.
- Expose important status and answer content in a form assistive technologies can interpret.
- Keep a static alternative for important FAQ or explanatory information.
Accessible Government Also Means Understandable Government.
Accessibility is broader than technical conformance. Quantum GovOS is designed to support clear content, multilingual experiences and service journeys that reduce unnecessary complexity.
- Use plain, direct language where the legal or policy context allows it.
- Keep instructions close to the task they explain.
- Avoid requiring citizens to understand internal departmental structures just to find a service.
- Support jurisdiction-specific language requirements and translation workflows.
- Use consistent labels, navigation patterns and status information.
Accessibility Can Be Affected by External Components.
Some linked third-party websites, embedded services, maps, documents or technology components may be outside OIIQ.NET’s direct control. Their accessibility may vary.
New features, prototypes and demonstrations may also require additional testing before they reach the accessibility level expected for a production public-sector service.
Tell Us When Something Gets in the Way.
Accessibility Is Continuous.
OIIQ.NET intends to review the public Quantum GovOS experience as the site evolves and to address material accessibility barriers identified through testing or feedback.
For production government deployments, accessibility requirements should be included in architecture, design, procurement, quality assurance, content governance and release criteria—not treated only as a final user-interface check.
